  About Us

The Pond of Norwood is unlike any other sports training facility in the area. The Pond combines a 50' x 100' real ice rink with a 40' x 85' boarded, multi-purpose turf field.

We offer a variety of programs on our ice rink including: learn to skate classes, instructional hockey programs, private skating lessons, goalie clinics, camps, 3v3 leagues and tournaments.

Our turf field is used for our Pond Lot programs designed for children ages 3-6. We offer t-ball, turf hockey, lacrosse, soccer and kardio kids classes. We also run Afterschool programs for children ages 6-11. These include lacrosse, flag football, soccer, field hockey and baseball.

Ice rentals are great for families, teams or friends to skate or practice some hockey skills. Turf rentals are a great option too! Looking for some rainy day fun? Get a group of friends together to come play on the turf! Don't forget that birthday parties at The Pond are always a great time.
