Ice and Turf Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties at The Pond

It's Party Time!
The Pond is unlike any other sports facility in the area. We offer a 50' x 100' real ice rink with a 40' x 85' boarded, indoor multi-purpose turf field. Both venues offer the perfect place to host your child's birthday party. Parties are for up to 20 children for open play time on the ice or turf. Please note that we can provide an instructor at any party for an additional $50. It has been our experience that parties of 13 or more typically work better with an instructor.

Our parties are scheduled at your convenience. Let us know the day/time and your preference of ice or turf and we'll do our best to accomodate you. Book early to secure your spot! All party participants must submit a signed waiver before using the ice or turf.

Turf Party

Have your party on the Turf Field with up to 20 children. We supply the equipment for games like soccer, dodgeball, capture the flag, T-balll and football. You bring the fun!

Your party includes:
1 hour on the turf field
1 1/2 hours in our Party Room
A gift for the birthday child
Setup of the room including tables, chairs and a tablecloth
Party invitations
Complete cleanup of the party room

The Turf Party cost is $225.
(An instructor can be hired for an additional $50.)

Please note that turf parties are currently being booked through August 29th only. Our new multipurpose sports flooring will be installed in September.

All party participants must submit a signed waiver before using the turf.

Bumper Cars on Ice!

They are on their way from California and are expected within 2 weeks (mid-June). We are offering two different party packages for the bumper cars. The first is for the cars only and the second is for the cars followed by time on the turf. Both packages include the use of 5 cars and can accomodate up to 15 children. Here are the details:

Bumper Cars on Ice only:
45 minutes on the bumper cars
1.5 hours in our Party Room
A gift for the birthday child
Setup of the room including tables, chairs and a tablecloth
Party invitations
Complete cleanup of the party room

The Bumper Car Party cost is $250.

Bumper Cars on Ice & Turf:
This party includes everything noted above and also adds 30 minutes on our turf field after the bumper cars giving you a total party time of 2 hours.

The Bumper Car & Turf Party cost is $295.

Ice Party

Have your party on the Ice with up to 20 children. Choose from either open or structured group skating or, if you prefer, we'll run 3v3 hockey games for you.

Your party includes:
1 hour on the Ice
1 1/2 hours in our Party Room
A gift for the birthday child
Setup of the room including tables, chairs and a tablecloth
Party invitations
Complete cleanup of the party room

Safety equipment must be worn at all times on the ice. Please be sure your guests bring their helmets. Sorry, we do not rent skates.

The Ice Party cost is $250.
(An instructor can be hired for an additional $50.)

All party participants must submit a signed waiver before using the ice.

Full payment must be made in order to reserve either the turf or the ice for your party. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days from the party date. Instructors are paid at the time of the party. Waivers must be submitted at the time of the party for each participant. Parties are limited to 20 participants.
